Some spectral asymptotic properties of nonselfadjoint operator $A$ associated with noncoercive bilinear form in the space $\mathcal{H}^{l}=L_{2}(0,1)^{l}$ are investigated in the article. Problems are considered as completeness of a system of root vector-functions of the operator $A$ in $\mathcal{ H}^{l}$, summability of Fourier series of elements $f\in \mathcal{H}^{l}$ with respect to the system of root vector-functions of operator $A$ by the Abel method with brackets, estimate for resolvent of operator $A$.
