Dates has been changed

The conference will be held from June 1 to June 5, 2007.
The dates has been changed in connection with celebrating of
450-Annuary of Joining Bashkortostan to Russia.

Organization fee

The organization fee is included in your accept letter.
It varies for different countries.
The organization fee includes service of participants during conference.
You may pay in the organization fee at first day of conference.
After paying you will be given an appropriate financial check.

Information about registration for accomodation

If you need an accomodation in Ufa during conference,
please, confirm your participation, namely,
provide the following data:

1. Full name
2. Birth date
3. Passport Number

Information about visa

In most cases in your city you can buy any tourist russian
visa for visiting Ufa or other cities of Russia.
If you would need a special visa made according our invitation letter,
please, provide us:

1. Copy of the main (central) page of your passport
   which contains your photo (preferably scanned and sent by e-mail) ;
2. Your affiliation (with full address, position and phone/fax);
3. City (with a Russian Embassy or Consulate) where you will apply
   for a visa

Information for meeting

1. Transport mode (aircraft, train)
2. Number of your flight or train
3. Date and time of arrival
